Role Description The Sales Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chandauli. In this role, the Sales Officer will identify and approach prospective micro and small business customers, generate leads, and explain loan products suited to their needs. The position involves managing the end-to-end sales process, including documentation support, coordination with operations teams, and follow-up for timely loan processing.

The Sales

Officer will maintain solid customer relationships, provide responsive service, and work closely with local channels or partners to expand Kashi Capital’s reach. Regular field visits, market mapping,



and achievement of sales targets are core aspects of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales skills to manage loan sourcing, partner coordination, and target achievement.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Customer Service skills to identify prospects, build trust, and provide ongoing support throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to explain financial products, handle objections, and maintain accurate customer records.
- Prior experience in NBFCs, microfinance, or retail lending is beneficial, especially in underbanked or semi-urban markets.
- Ability to work in the field, understand local markets, and use basic digital tools (smartphone, MS Office, CRM) effectively.
- Minimum educational qualification typically at the graduate level in any discipline; relevant certifications in finance or sales are an advantage.
- Demonstrated integrity, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach to responsible lending.
