Role & responsibilities

Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales targets.

Manage assigned sales territory and ensure maximum market coverage. Develop current retail outlets and expand the customer base.

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.

Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising at outlets.

Execute trade schemes, promotional activities, and brand initiatives.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with distributors.

Collect market intelligence on competition, pricing, and consumer trends.

Ensure timely order booking, collections, and claim resolution.

Prepare accurate sales reports and coordinate with internal stakeholders.

Undertake extensive field travel and maintain disciplined market working.
