Airport Counter Executive

Key Resp o nsibilities

- Manage daily operations at the assigned airport counter.
- Assist customers with product information, enquiries and service requirements.
- Promot e and sell company products and services to travellers.
- Delive r excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Achiev e assigned sales targets and maintain daily sales reports.
- Coordi n ate with internal teams to ensure smooth counter operations.
- Mainta i n professional grooming, presentation and airport service standards.

Requirements

- Gradua t e or undergraduate with good communication skills.
- Previo u s experience in airport retail, travel, hospitality,



customer service or sales will be preferred.freshers are also welcome
- Solid interpersonal skills and a customer oriented approach.
- Comfor t able working in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Presen t able, proactive and confident in handling customers.
- Freshe r s with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude may also apply.
