Looking for the position of Marketing Manager for Gurugram, Haryana for an International Pre-school.
We would particularly like to meet candidates who already have established relationships with Corporate HR/Admin teams, RWAs & Society Managements, Community Groups, Event Partners, Clubs and other relevant organisations across Gurugram.
What we need you to drive:
Corporate Outreach – Leverage and expand your network with HR/Admin teams for corporate tie-ups, employee advantages and engagement opportunities.
Residential Society Outreach – Build access to premium residential communities for events, activations, workshops and brand visibility.
BTL Activations – Identify opportunities and independently execute on-ground campaigns that generate genuine enquiries. Partnerships & Collaborations – Create associations with complementary brands, businesses, clubs, healthcare providers and community organisations.
Lead Generation – Convert relationships and outreach initiatives into a consistent pipeline of relevant prospective parents.

Experience: 3–6 years in Business Development / BTL / Partnerships / Corporate Outreach / Community Marketing
