Job Role

- Sales & Marketing Executive ( Garment & Apparel ) - High Performance Key Responsibilities:
- Generate current business and acquire potential clients. Travel extensively within Local Aera and Outside of City for client meetings, market visits, and business development. Promote the company’s garments and apparel products. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution. Oversee dispatch and distribution activities to ensure timely delivery of products. Identify and acquire new B2B clients, including garment wholesalers, distributors and retail. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and revenue targets. Pitch garment collections, negotiate pricing, finalize terms, and close sales contracts. Manage existing client accounts, ensure repeat orders, and coordinate smooth order dispatch and delivery follow-ups. Follow up with distributors and clients to ensure timely payment collections. Daily to Daily Reporting to manager. Conduct market research on fashion trends,



customer preferences, pricing, and competitor strategies. Monitor stock movement and gather product feedback from retailers and end-consumers. Maintain accurate sales pipelines, daily activity logs, and CRM records. Coordinate cross-functionally with the design, production, and dispatch teams regarding product availability and custom orders Experience: 3 to 10 years of proven experience in sales or marketing within the apparel, textile, or hosiery industry ( strong communication and digital skills are occasionally considered.

Department: Commercial / Sales & Marketing Reports To: Sales Manager and General Manager.

Location / Nature: Ludhiana, Amritsar, New Delhi, Jalandhar, Market visits, client meetings, or trade shows Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Goal-oriented mindset with readiness for field visits and market travel.

Salary/Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 Incentive per month
