We are seeking a high-performing, well-connected Sales Manager to drive sales for our premium luxury villa portfolio in the Tricity region. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales lifecycle for High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWIs). The ideal candidate possesses an elite network within Chandigarh, Panchkula, and Mohali, understands the nuances of luxury real estate storytelling, and excels at closing high-ticket residential transactions.

Role & responsibilities

- Source, build, and maintain deep relationships with affluent clients, corporate leaders, NRI investors, and high-profile prospects.
- Lead the entire sales process from initial pitch and consultative visual presentations to property walk-throughs, price negotiations, and final closures.
- Leverage existing local networks, premium clubs, corporate channels, and high-end wealth managers to generate organic, qualified leads.
- Understand the unique lifestyle aspirations of luxury buyers to position our villas as ultimate status symbols and sound long-term investments.
- Build and manage a robust network of premium real estate brokers and wealth consultants specializing in luxury segments across the Tricity.




- Monitor local luxury real estate trends, competitor pricing, infrastructure updates, and shifting HNWI preferences in the Chandigarh capital region.

Preferred candidate profile

- 58+ years of proven track record in real estate sales, with at least 3 years dedicated strictly to high-value villas, luxury floors, or premium residential projects.
- Deep familiarity with the Tricity luxury landscape (e.g., VIP sectors of Chandigarh, premium pockets of Panchkula, and high-end developments in Mohali/New Chandigarh).
- An active, verifiable database or access to HNWIs/NRIs in the region.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, with a polished, executive-level presentation style.
- Immaculate grooming, strong emotional intelligence, sharp negotiation skills, and absolute discretion regarding client confidentiality.
