Job Summary

KKJ Builders & Promoters is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead the sales team, generate business opportunities, and drive sales growth in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and client-handling skills, along with relevant real estate sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Generate leads through various channels and convert them into successful sales.
- Handle client inquiries, site visits, property presentations, and negotiations.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, investors, and channel partners.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Monitor team performance, sales pipelines, and daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to generate quality leads.




- Follow up with prospective clients and ensure timely deal closures.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Requirements

- 3–4 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in a sales management role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage a team and handle multiple clients.
- Good knowledge of property sales, site visits, and real estate market trends.
- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated personality.
