About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, client acquisition, and business development, with the ability to generate leads, convert prospects into clients, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new clients for digital marketing services.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Sell services such as SEO, social media marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, website development, and branding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and sales pitches.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a sales pipeline and provide regular performance reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements





- 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Good understanding of digital marketing services and industry trends.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and convert leads into paying clients.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment.
