Key Responsibilities

- Generate recent leads and identify potential clients for interior design projects.

- Handle client inquiries, understand their requirements, and suggest suitable interior solutions.

- Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.

- Coordinate with the design team to prepare proposals, quotations, and project estimates.

- Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, builders, and channel partners.

- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients.

- Maintain a proper record of leads, sales activities, and client interactions.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in interior design, furniture, modular kitchens, home décor,



or a related industry.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Good client-handling and relationship-management abilities.

- Target-oriented with a proactive approach to business development.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.

- Candidates with experience in residential or commercial interior projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
