Job Summary

DriveN Mobility Private Limited is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our field sales operations across Kollam, Thiruvananthapuram and Pathanamthitta.

The selected candidate will manage a team of six Field Sales Executives, drive vendor acquisition, establish partnerships with automotive service providers and achieve business development targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, supervise and motivate a team of six Field Sales Executives.
- Plan and execute district-wise vendor acquisition strategies.
- Acquire automotive service vendors, including car washing centres, mobile car washing providers, detailing centres, body shops, customization centres and accessories shops.
- Set daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and monitor achievements.
- Conduct regular field visits, team meetings and performance reviews.
- Train and guide sales executives to improve productivity and conversions.
- Maintain vendor relationships and support successful onboarding.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth vendor activation.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is mandatory.
- Previous experience managing a field sales team of at least six members is essential.
- Experience in field sales, B2B sales, business development or vendor acquisition.
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
- Good computer knowledge, including MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to achieve targets and manage field operations independently.
- Willingness to travel across Kollam, Thiruvananthapuram and Pathanamthitta.
- Experience in the automotive industry will be an added advantage.
