Identify and break into large target accounts: tier-1 and tier-2 banks, brokers, asset managers, exchanges, clearing houses, custodians and market infrastructure firms • Build relationships with CXOs, CIOs/CTOs, heads of operations and business heads, and position SynapseWave as a strategic technology partner • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles from first meeting to contract, including large RFPs, proposals and commercial negotiations • Shape solutions with pre-sales, delivery and practice leaders across services and products, covering front, middle and back office needs • Structure deals across T&M;, fixed-price, managed-services and product licensing models • Build and run an account-entry plan for each target, including territory and account mapping • Bring client and market insight back to leadership to sharpen offerings and go-to-market • Represent SynapseWave at industry events, forums and client roundtables • Keep CRM, pipeline and forecasts accurate and review them with leadership regularly Mandatory requirements • 913 years of B2B sales experience,



with at least 6 years in a hunter role selling IT services or IT products • A consistent record of closing large current-logo deals and exceeding annual targets • Deep knowledge and understanding of capital markets: trade lifecycle, asset classes, market structure, key participants, regulatory drivers and the technology landscape • Proven ability to engage and influence CXO-level stakeholders • Experience running long, complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers • Strong commercial, negotiation and proposal-writing skills
