Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Executive role based in Jaipur.

The Sales

Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing incoming travel inquiries, and converting leads into confirmed bookings. Day-to-day activities include consulting with clients to understand their travel needs, preparing tailored proposals and package options, and coordinating with operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of services. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, following up on leads via phone, email, and in person,



and meeting sales targets through proactive outreach.

The Sales

Executive will also support marketing campaigns, gather market insights, and provide feedback to improve products and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Customer relationship management skills, including client consultation, follow-up, and after-sales support.
- Knowledge of travel industry services such as flight booking, hotel reservations, tour packages, and visa assistance (experience in travel or hospitality is an advantage).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including attention to detail and capability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, email, and basic office software to manage leads, proposals, and reports.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant educational background in business, tourism, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
