Key Responsibilities – Sales Executive

Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand

- Develop and increase sales of LOSTOM chocolate and confectionery products across the Ranchi market.
- Identify, appoint and develop new distributors and super-stockists in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, kirana stores and supermarkets.
- Expand market coverage by onboarding new retail outlets and increasing product availability.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and distributor-wise sales objectives.
- Conduct regular market visits to generate orders and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure product visibility, merchandising and proper display at retail outlets.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends and pricing.
- Follow up on distributor payments, outstanding dues and timely order fulfilment.




- Prepare daily sales reports, distributor development reports and market feedback.
- Support promotional campaigns and schemes to increase product sales.
- Ensure regular stock availability and coordinate with distributors to avoid stock-outs.

Candidate requirements

- Qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
- Experience: 1–2 years in FMCG field sales preferred; freshers with valuable sales skills may also apply.
- Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
- Good communication skills and knowledge of the Ranchi market.
- Hindi communication is essential.

Salary and benefits

- Suggested salary budget: ₹ 15,000 –₹20,000 per month.
- Travel allowance / fuel reimbursement: As per company policy.
- Sales incentives: Based on targets and company policy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
