Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive with end-to-end knowledge of home hardware and interior products. The candidate should understand various hardware products used in residential interiors, assist customers in selecting suitable products, generate sales, and manage the sales process from initial enquiry to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries and recommend suitable home hardware and interior products.
- Have knowledge of end-to-end home hardware, including hinges, drawer channels, handles, locks, kitchen accessories, wardrobe fittings, and other modular furniture accessories.
- Understand product specifications, quality, pricing, and applications.
- Generate leads, follow up with customers, and convert enquiries into sales.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.




- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, inventory, and delivery teams.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track orders, payments, dispatches, and deliveries.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain sales records.
- Stay updated on current hardware products, brands, and market trends.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹9,518.81 - ₹30,000.00 per month
