Responsibilities

- Contact potential customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
- Explain product features, pricing, and service details.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers and close sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up updates.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide after-sales assistance.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily activity reports.

Requirements

- Valuable communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp and email.
- Ability to handle customer questions confidently.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and focused on achieving targets.
- Previous sales or telecalling experience is preferred.
