We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive with excellent communication skills and experience in the BPO industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate qualified B2B leads for BPO and outsourcing services.
- Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and online research.
- Connect with decision-makers, business owners, and corporate clients.
- Schedule meetings and generate business opportunities for the Sales and Business Development team.
- Maintain lead databases and update CRM records.




- Follow up with prospective clients and achieve lead-generation targets.

Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in BPO lead generation or B2B sales is preferred.
- Strong convincing, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, CRM tools, and lead-generation platforms.
- Target-oriented approach with positive follow-up skills.
