Role Overview

We are hiring a Sales Executive who enjoys talking to people, understands property buyers and wants to grow in luxury and premium real estate. You will handle leads, guide clients through projects, conduct site visits and close deals. You will work closely with our marketing team, which brings in a steady flow of qualified leads from our websites and social media.

Key Responsibilities

- Call, qualify and follow up on leads from digital campaigns, portals, referrals and walk ins
- Understand each client’s budget, location preference and purpose (end use or investment), and suggest the right projects
- Present project details clearly, including price, payment plan, floor plans, amenities and RERA status
- Plan and conduct site visits to project sites and sample flats in Delhi,



Gurgaon and NCR
- Negotiate with clients and close bookings within the agreed targets
- Coordinate with developer sales teams for inventory, pricing updates, booking forms and paperwork
- Update every lead, call and visit in the CRM, and share daily reports with the sales manager
- Stay updated on current launches, price trends and market news in Delhi NCR
- Build long term client relationships to win repeat business and referrals

Requirements

- Any graduate
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales
- Real estate sales experience preferred (channel partner or developer side)
- Excellent spoken English and Hindi, with confident phone and face to face communication
- Solid negotiation, follow up and closing skills
- Good knowledge of Delhi NCR and Gurgaon locations
- Basic computer skills, including MS Excel, email and WhatsApp Business
- Own two wheeler or four wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
