Job Summary

Floor Collections is looking for enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and result-driven Sales Executives to join our team at Pattambi and Ottappalam. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn about our product range, including tiles, granite, and sanitaryware.

The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in the showroom, understand their requirements, and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Explain product features, specifications, designs, quality, pricing, and applications of tiles, granite, and sanitaryware.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer preferences, budgets, and project requirements.
- Drive sales, achieve monthly sales targets, and contribute to overall business growth.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer referrals.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and support the sales process from initial inquiry to purchase.
- Maintain showroom product displays and ensure products are presented attractively.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.




- Stay updated on product collections, new arrivals, and market trends in the tiles, granite, and sanitaryware industry.

- Previous experience in tiles, granite, sanitaryware, building materials, or interior products sales will be an added advantage.
