Sales Executive - Environmental Background

Exp: 4Years Above.

Education: Bachelor Degree, MBA.

Roles and Responsibilities;

1. Travelling: Travel to meet clients, visit project sites, and explore new business opportunities as required.
2. PO/WO Preparation: Prepare and coordinate Purchase Orders (POs) and Work Orders (WOs) accurately, ensuring timely processing and documentation.
3. Email Communication: Handle professional email communications with clients, vendors, and internal departments, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
4. Database Maintenance: Maintain and regularly update client databases, sales records, quotations, purchase orders, work orders, and follow-up details.
5. Client Meetings and Follow-ups: Attend client meetings, understand customer requirements, discuss business proposals, and follow up regularly to convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
6. Sales Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication, timely order processing, and effective customer service.
7. Documentation and Reporting:



Maintain sales-related documents and prepare regular reports on client meetings, enquiries, follow-ups, and business development activities.
8. Business Development: Identify potential customers, generate new leads, build strong client relationships, and support the achievement of sales targets.

Key Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and email communication.
- Strong coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
