Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through field visits, references, telecalling, and open-market activities.

- Promote banking products such as Home Loans, Personal Loans, Car Loans, Credit Cards, Business Loans, and other financial products.

- Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable banking products.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.

- Collect and verify customer documents for loan and banking product applications.

- Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and customer support.

- Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into business.

- Maintain daily sales reports and update customer information.

- Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Graduate in any stream (preferred).

- Experience:

- Skills: Good communication, convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a competitive environment.
