ASV Interiors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated, target-driven and experienced Sales Executive to join our modular furniture manufacturing segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle oncall enquiries and generate sales for modular furniture products.
- Conduct field sales activities, client site visits, furniture showroom and business development.
- Promote and sell modular kitchens, wardrobes, beds, office tables, storage cabinets, side tables and other furniture.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term client relationships.
- Track, monitor and follow up on enquiries and leads to maximise conversions.
- Prepare accurate quotations, cost estimates and sales proposals.
- Maintain lead databases, sales reports and follow-up records using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with the design, production and installation teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Achieve monthly sales targets consistently and contribute to business growth.
Required Skills & Criteria:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience is mandatory, preferably in modular furniture, interior products or furniture industry.
- Strong field sales, negotiation and client relationship management skills.
- Educational qualification is no bar.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, quotation preparation and sales reporting.
- Target-oriented, organised, proactive and capable of working independently.
- Ability to convert enquiries into confirmed orders and build a solid customer network.
Working Conditions & Benefits:
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- Probation Period: First 3 months
- Leave Entitlement: 10 sick leaves and 14 annual/festive holidays, PF/ESIC as per company policy.
- Monthly Sales Targets: Achieving assigned monthly sales targets is compulsory.
- Sales Incentives: Additional incentives for sales performance over and above the assigned targets, as per company policy.
