Job Title: Sales Executive Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh Experience: 2–3 Years Job Type: Full-Time We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in field sales and end-to-end sales management. The ideal candidate should be skilled in lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and closing sales deals. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and networking.

Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation, deal closure, and post-sales follow-up. Conduct regular field visits to meet prospective and existing clients and understand their business requirements. Present company products and solutions to potential customers.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to achieve sales targets. Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up with clients to convert leads into sales. Maintain sales records, update CRM systems, and submit regular sales reports.





Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new opportunities.

Required Skills &

Qualifications Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Business Administration or Sales is preferred. 2–3 years of relevant experience in field sales and end-to-end sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to generate leads, acquire clients, and close sales.

Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and field visits. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently. A personal two-wheeler or four-wheeler would be an added advantage.
