Ammdent is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of dental products, lead generation, and will be responsible for building strong relationships with dentists, clinic managers, and dealers while driving sales growth in the assigned territory.
Location: Kerala | Kolkata | Hyderabad
Experience: Above 2 years (Healthcare / Pharmaceutical / Dental industry preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Visit dentists, dental clinics, and hospitals to promote company products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors and provide support
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain clinical benefits to doctors
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Ensure product availability and visibility at dealer counters
- Collect market feedback and competitor insights
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery
- Participate in dental exhibitions, camps, and other promotional activities
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals
- Good negotiation and convincing ability
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach
- Basic understanding of dental/medical products (preferred)
- Willingness to travel extensively
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree (any stream, Science background preferred )
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Dental industry.
- Freshers with robust communication skills and interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
