Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Depending on experience)
Job Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify potential customers for real estate projects.
- Connect with clients through calls, messages, and other communication channels.
- Understand clients’ requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings and site visits.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain daily sales reports and update client information.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Interest in sales and real estate.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Working Days & Timings:
- Working Days: Monday to Sunday, as per company policy.
- Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Site Visits: Required as per business needs.
