Delcon Homes Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our direct developer sales team in Patna. You will be responsible for handling property inquiries, presenting residential and plotted township projects, conducting site visits, and closing customer bookings.

Key Responsibilities

Call and follow up with verified inquiries and digital leads provided by the company.

Understand buyer budgets and requirements; present suitable plots, floor plans, and investment options.

Coordinate and guide prospective buyers on physical site visits to showcase layout, amenities, and location advantages.

Handle customer negotiations within management approval limits and secure booking tokens.

Network with local property advisors and channel partners to drive project walk-ins.

Maintain daily calling logs, follow-up statuses, and visit reports in the sales tracker.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 6 months to 3 years in sales (Real estate, Banking/Loans, Insurance,



or Automobile preferred). Freshers with strong communication and sales acumen may also apply.

Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Bachelor’s degree.

Language: Fluent in Hindi; basic functional English.

Conveyance: Two-wheeler (Bike/Scooty) with an active driving license is mandatory for site visits.

Availability: Must be able to work on weekends (Saturday & Sunday), which are primary client visit days.
