OBJECTIVE
Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
Identify current business opportunities and expand the customer base.
¢ Manage key customer accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
¢ Prepare and negotiate quotations, pricing, and commercial proposals.
¢ Coordinate with Production, Planning, Purchase, Quality, and Dispatch for timely order execution.
¢ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends.
¢ Achieve sales targets and monitor business performance.
¢ Promote the company's products through customer visits, exhibitions,
and marketing activities.
KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES
¢ Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely closure.
¢ Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and marketing performance reports.
¢ Support new product development and product launches.
¢ Guide and supervise the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
¢ Visit and interact with customers on behalf of the company.
¢ Prepare and submit quotations within approved pricing guidelines.
¢ Recommend new customers, dealers, distributors, or business opportunities.
