We are looking for candidates who can handle technical operations of CCTV surveillance systems across Mumbai.

Responsibilities

- Convert leads into successful sales through effective follow-ups and relationship building.

- Manage and renew AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) agreements.

- Handle post-sales customer queries and ensure high satisfaction to generate repeat and referral business.

- Conduct site visits for project evaluation, client coordination, and requirement analysis.

- Schedule and attend meetings with clients to present solutions and close deals.

- Coordination with cctv technicians & customers.

- Project handling

Requirements

- Knowledge of IP cameras, DVR, NVR, Biometric setup

- Basic understanding of networking & internet configuration

- Ability to travel within Mumbai

- Responsible, punctual & customer-friendly attitude

- Diploma in CCTV preferred

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
