Job Summary

We are looking for smart, proactive, and customer-focused Sales Engineers with knowledge of ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) services and IT hardware. The ideal candidates should have good communication and negotiation skills, an interest in technology sales, and the ability to identify customer requirements and develop business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate recent sales opportunities for ELV services and IT hardware products.

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical products and solutions.

- Promote ELV solutions such as CCTV surveillance, access control, structured cabling, networking, and related systems.

- Promote IT hardware products such as desktops, laptops, servers, networking devices, and peripherals.

- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations based on customer requirements.

- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for solution planning and delivery.

- Follow up on leads, quotations, negotiations, and pending orders.

- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations,



and site visits as required.

- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain regular sales pipeline updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in IT hardware, ELV solutions, networking, or technology products.

- Basic knowledge of ELV services and IT hardware.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Customer-oriented approach with a proactive attitude.

- Ability to identify business opportunities and follow up effectively.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and preparing quotations or sales reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field is preferred.

- Candidates with experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or technical sales will have an advantage.

- Candidates should be willing to travel for client meetings and site visits, if required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
