Role Description The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales of 3D printing and product development solutions by combining technical expertise with strong customer engagement. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gautam Buddha Nagar.

Day-to-day tasks include identifying prospective clients, presenting technical solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and preparing proposals tailored to customer requirements. The role involves providing pre- and post-sales technical support, answering detailed product and application questions,



and collaborating with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate solution delivery.

The Sales

Engineer will also maintain long-term customer relationships, gather feedback to improve offerings, and contribute to market insights and sales strategy.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Sales Engineering, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value for clients.
- Experience in Sales, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, and closing deals in a technical or industrial workplace.
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and present complex information clearly.
- Background in Technical Support, including troubleshooting, product training, and on-site customer assistance.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related technical field (mechanical, industrial, or similar) preferred.
- Knowledge of 3D printing technologies, CAD tools, and Industry 4.0 concepts is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Gautam Buddha Nagar, visit customer locations as needed, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
