Roles and Responsibilities :

- Provide expert advice on home decor products to customers, ensuring they find the perfect match for their needs and preferences.

- Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication, building trust and loyalty over time.

- Identify new business opportunities by networking within the industry, attending events, and leveraging existing connections.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance overall performance.

Job Requirements :

- 1-8 years of experience in a similar role or related field (e.g., retail sales).

- Strong understanding of marketing principles and ability to apply them effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent counselling skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and provide personalized solutions.

- Proven track record of achieving targets in a competitive sales workplace.
