Clion Care is a specialized Hair & Skin Clinic offering hair transplant, hair restoration, dermatology, skin care and aesthetic treatments, with a focus on personalized treatment and patient care.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a confident, persuasive and target-driven Sales Counsellor to handle patient enquiries, understand concerns, counsel patients on suitable treatments, and convert qualified leads into consultations and procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, digital leads and walk-ins.
- Understand patient requirements and provide clear, professional counselling.
- Explain treatments, benefits, timelines, packages, pricing and payment options.
- Convert enquiries into consultations and treatment bookings.
- Conduct structured follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly conversion, revenue and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM/lead records, follow-up status, appointments and conversions.
- Coordinate with doctors and the clinical team for consultations and treatment planning.




- Handle objections professionally and follow up with missed appointments and undecided leads.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and clinic data.
- CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in sales, counselling, business development, or client relationship management.
- Candidates from any industry/domain are welcome; healthcare or aesthetics experience is not mandatory.
- Proven ability in lead handling, follow-ups, objection handling, negotiation and closing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, persuasion and interpersonal skills.
- Strong target orientation with a consistent track record of achieving sales goals.
- Confident, professional and customer-centric approach.
- Hindi and English required; Gujarati communication will be an advantage.

PREFERRED SKILLS Candidates with strong experience in sales conversion, lead management, customer counselling, relationship management, and achievingrevenue targets will be preferred, irrespective of industry.
