Job Overview

We are looking for an organised and proactive Lead Management & Tendering Executive to manage online business enquiries, screen sales leads, coordinate with the sales team, and identify government tenders for medicine supply. The ideal candidate should have experience handling IndiaMART or similar B2B portals, strong data-management skills, and knowledge of pharmaceutical products and salts.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage incoming enquiries from IndiaMART and other online B2B portals.
- Monitor new enquiries and ensure timely responses and follow-ups.
- Screen and qualify leads based on customer requirements, location, product interest, and business potential.
- Identify and filter duplicate, irrelevant, spam, and low-quality enquiries.
- Categorise leads as Hot, Warm, Cold, Follow-up, or Not Relevant.
- Assign qualified leads to tele-callers and coordinate with the sales team.
- Identify and track government tenders related to medicine and pharmaceutical product supply.
- Maintain and update lead databases using MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Track lead status, follow-ups, assignments, and conversions.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on enquiries, qualified leads, and sales performance.




- Update company and product information on online portals as required.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in IndiaMART handling, lead management, sales coordination, or a similar role.
- Valuable knowledge of IndiaMART and other B2B lead-generation portals.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical salts and products is essential.
- Basic understanding of government tender identification and tracking for medicine supply.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales or tender management will be an added advantage.
