Role Summary

Single point of contact for sales operations. Keeps distributor orders, stock, schemes, reporting, and the SFA system running accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Process distributor orders, track order status, and ensure timely delivery
- Validate orders against schemes, pricing, and credit norms before dispatch
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for stock availability and allocation to distributors
- Administer the SFA platform (users, master data, beats/routes), monitor issues, and train field staff
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports; track performance vs. targets and flag gaps
- Coordinate schemes and price updates and make sure they reflect in the system on time
- Track distributor payments and outstanding dues; support accounts with billing, claims, and reconciliation
- Maintain distributor database, documentation, and compliance




- Track deep freezer allocation and servicing across outlets
- Handle distributor and field team queries and resolve issues

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / MBA-Marketing preferred)
- 5+ years in sales coordination, sales operations, or MIS in a distributor or similar environment; FMCG/food/dairy/frozen preferred
- Hands-on SFA/DMS experience preferred (Bizom, FieldAssist, SalesDiary, Botree, etc.)
- Strong Excel (pivots, lookups); Power BI is a plus
- Valuable communication, coordination, and attention to detail
- Ownership mindset and deadline discipline

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
