Role Overview The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the MDO Sales department by ensuring smooth operations and effective customer interactions. This position is essential for managing increased workload and enhancing overall business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage follow-up communications with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve queries.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary information about products and services.
- Prepare Proforma Invoices (PIs) accurately and timely in response to customer requests.
- Coordinate internally with various departments to facilitate seamless operations.




- Assist in maintaining records and reports related to sales activities and customer interactions.
- Support the sales team in administrative tasks to enhance productivity.
- Help implement sales strategies to achieve departmental goals.
- Continuously improve customer service processes based on feedback and performance metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile Education: Graduate in any field

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a sales coordination or customer support role

Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel and familiar with relevant software tools

Other Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills
