Role Description This full-time hybrid role, based in the Greater Chennai Area, offers a mix of in office work and some work-from-home flexibility. Individuals and team members in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Service will identify new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and support clients with end-to-end logistics solutions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and presenting service proposals, responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with operations teams to ensure service quality, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and reporting tools.



The role also involves building and nurturing long-term customer relationships, supporting contract negotiations, and participating in training or coaching activities to strengthen sales and service capabilities. Leaders will guide team performance and strategy execution, while individual contributors will focus on achieving personal and team targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth, manage pipelines, and meet performance targets.
- Candidates should possess Training and coaching skills to support skill development within sales and customer service teams.
- Candidates should have knowledge of logistics or supply chain management, including freight forwarding, warehousing, and related services.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical and negotiation abilities, proficiency with CRM and office productivity tools, and a collaborative, results-oriented mindset.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field) or equivalent experience is preferred.
