UP Ventures is looking for a confident, ambitious and smart individual who wants to build a career in sales and business development.

We work across franchise consulting, business expansion, real estate marketing and lead generation. This role offers an opportunity to learn sales directly through real client interactions and hands-on training.

What you’ll do:

- Connect with potential clients and generate business opportunities.
- Communicate with prospects, understand their needs and pitch our services.
- Follow up with leads and help convert them into paying clients.
- Participate in client meetings, negotiations and sales discussions.
- Learn prospecting, persuasion, objection handling and deal closure.
