Mandatory (Problem Solving) – Must have experience of problem solving, defining the unstructured problem, break it into parts, and work towards a solution, execution of solution etc

Mandatory (Ownership) – Must show evidence of taking a problem from unstructured to resolved without supervision

Mandatory (Analytical) – Must be proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to work with data and turn it into a clear insights

Mandatory (Communication) - Must have strong Written and spoken communication

Mandatory (Education) – Must have solid academic grades (ideally in top 10% of class) in graduation College (any background like B. Com, BA, B. Tech works)
