Role Description The Sales Attendant will support client acquisition and engagement for Balaji Investment in a contract, remote role. Day-to-day responsibilities include contacting prospective and existing clients, explaining investment products and services, and responding to basic queries about equity, mutual funds, and trading strategies. The role involves maintaining accurate records of client interactions, following up on leads, and coordinating with internal team members to ensure timely service delivery.
