Key Responsibilities • Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and local market activities.
- Identify potential customers requiring Mortgage Loan Against Property.
- Assist Relationship Managers in customer acquisition and sales activities.
- Conduct customer meetings and explain product features, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
- Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and sales teams to ensure timely loan processing.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers until loan disbursement.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, channel partners, and referral sources.
- Update daily sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
