Role Description The Sales Associate is a full time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role involves identifying and approaching potential customers, presenting product portfolios, and supporting clients in selecting suitable filtration and packaging solutions.

The Sales

Associate will manage inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate sales records and reports. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams for order processing,



monitoring delivery schedules, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also includes attending client meetings, industry events, and training sessions to stay informed about product developments and market trends.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and customer relationship skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Ability to understand and explain technical product features related to filtration, mesh fabrics, and packaging solutions.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM or sales reporting tools.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to meeting sales targets.
- Ability to work on-site, travel locally for client visits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in B2B industrial sales, packaging, or filtration products is preferred but not mandatory.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
