Role Description The Sales Associate role is a full time, on-site position based in Thrissur.

The Sales

Associate will welcome customers, understand their hardware needs, and recommend suitable products and solutions. Daily responsibilities include explaining product features and pricing, preparing quotations, processing sales transactions, and maintaining accurate billing and documentation. The role also involves organizing shelves and displays, checking stock levels, coordinating with the inventory team for replenishment, and keeping the store clean and presentable.

The Sales

Associate will handle customer inquiries, resolve basic issues,



and support the store in meeting sales targets while following company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person and over the phone.
- Basic sales and retail skills, including product explanation, upselling or cross-selling, and handling cash and digital payments accurately.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage bills, receipts, stock records, and store displays efficiently.
- Ability to learn and understand hardware products, their uses, and specifications to guide customers effectively.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site retail environment, including standing for extended periods and handling physical products.
- Basic computer skills for using billing systems or point-of-sale software; prior experience in hardware or retail sales is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma or equivalent; proficiency in local languages and English is beneficial.
