Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for driving customer acquisition and retention through direct sales activities, in-person meetings, and relationship-building with residential communities, hospitality partners, and wellness spaces. The role includes planning and executing local marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional events, and supporting brand visibility across relevant channels.

The specialist will handle customer queries, ensure a high-quality service experience,



and provide feedback to internal teams to improve offerings and communications. Day-to-day tasks also involve maintaining sales records, preparing reports, collaborating with operations and delivery teams, and contributing to training materials for partners or new team members.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and communities effectively.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales skills to drive conversions, manage leads, and support revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training skills to support field teams, coordinate efforts, and help onboard new staff or partners.
