Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist role at Genluno is a part-time, remote. This role involves generating and nurturing leads, presenting Genluno’s AI solution to real estate professionals, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through closing. The specialist will conduct product demos, follow up with prospects, and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams on marketing campaigns,



collecting feedback from users, and supporting clients in onboarding and effective usage of the platform. The role also requires tracking sales performance metrics and contributing to local market strategies that drive adoption and brand visibility.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, explain product value clearly, and support clients effectively.
- Demonstrated ability in Sales and Sales Management to handle pipelines, convert qualified leads, and meet or exceed targets.
- Experience in Training and coaching clients or team members on product features, best practices, and successful sales approaches.
- Familiarity with real estate or SaaS sales environments is highly beneficial.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, WhatsApp, and digital sales channels for daily operations.
- Ability to work independently remotely, with solid time management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
