Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Aurangabad. The specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and promote Nexus Shubh Services’ manpower, field operations, and research support offerings. Daily responsibilities include conducting outreach and follow-ups, preparing proposals and presentations, coordinating with internal teams to ensure service delivery,



and tracking sales performance against targets.

The role also involves supporting marketing campaigns, gathering market insights, and participating in client meetings and training sessions to strengthen customer engagement and brand presence.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Proven Sales skills with the ability to identify leads, close deals, and support Sales Management activities.
- Experience in Training or coaching team members on sales processes, customer handling, and product/service knowledge.
- Ability to work in office in Aurangabad with a proactive, self-driven approach to meeting targets and deadlines.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles, market research, or field operations is advantageous.
- Relevant academic background in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with MS Office tools and digital communication platforms for reporting and client coordination.
