? YOUR PRIMARY MISSION: NEW CLIENT ACQUISITION & REVENUE GENERATION

Your most important responsibility will be onboarding new colleges, universities, business schools, and higher-education institutions as revenue-generating clients of Career Mantra.

Key Responsibilities

✅ New Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, pitch, negotiate, and onboard recent colleges, universities, and educational institutions.

✅ University Tie-ups & Partnerships: Establish strong relationships with university management, admission directors, marketing heads, and institutional decision-makers.

✅ Revenue Generation: Achieve individual and regional sales targets through new business acquisition, institutional partnerships, and commercial agreements.

✅ B2B Sales & Deal Closure: Conduct client meetings, present proposals, negotiate commercials, secure agreements, and close profitable business deals.

✅ Admission & Marketing Solutions: Sell Career Mantra’s student recruitment, admission management, lead generation, digital branding, and 360° education marketing services.

✅ Client Relationship & Operations: Manage institutional accounts,



coordinate campaign execution, maintain service delivery, and ensure client satisfaction and renewals.

✅ Daily, Weekly & Monthly Targets: Maintain a strong sales pipeline, deliver regular business reports, achieve acquisition targets, and meet committed revenue goals.

✅ Market Expansion: Develop recent territories, identify business opportunities, and strengthen Career Mantra’s institutional presence across India.

We are looking for professionals who have:

✔ Proven experience in B2B sales, college/university onboarding, institutional partnerships, or education-sector business development.

✔ Existing relationships with college and university admission teams, marketing heads, directors, or decision-makers.

✔ Demonstrated ability to independently acquire new clients, negotiate commercial agreements, and generate revenue.

✔ Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and client management skills.

✔ Experience managing sales pipelines, client operations, and performance targets.

✔ A results-oriented mindset with ownership of daily, weekly, monthly, and annual revenue commitments.





Preference will be given to candidates with a proven track record of university tie-ups, institutional client acquisition, and revenue generation.
