We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Professional with solid experience in the Cable Industry to drive regional business growth and lead strategic sales initiatives.

? Key Responsibilities: ✅ Achieve regional sales targets for Power, Control, EHV & Fire Survival Cables

✅ Develop and execute territory sales strategies

✅ Manage key customer relationships and large project opportunities

✅ Analyze market trends, competition, and business potential

✅ Lead regional teams and coordinate cross-functional project execution

✅ Drive profitability, market share growth, and customer satisfaction

? Ideal Candidate Profile: ✔ Electrical Engineer

✔ 8-12 years of experience in Cable Industry





✔ 3-5 years of experience managing regional sales teams

✔ Strong network within cable and electrical market segments

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills

✔ Experience working with Government Bodies, Industrial Projects, and Electrical Infrastructure projects is preferred
