Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru South. This role involves identifying and engaging prospective clients, presenting suitable gifting solutions, and managing the end-to-end sales process. The specialist will develop and implement marketing initiatives, including promotional campaigns, social media activities, and local outreach to strengthen brand visibility.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, responding to inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and tracking sales performance and market trends. The role also includes collaborating with team members on product positioning,



participating in training sessions, and preparing periodic reports and insights to support business growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients professionally and build lasting relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed targets.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills to support onboarding, product education, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Candidates should have basic marketing knowledge, including promotional planning, social media usage, and brand awareness activities.
- Relevant experience in retail, corporate gifting, or B2B sales is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South and manage time effectively in a quick-paced environment.
