Job Roles and Responsibilities

- Managing the day-to-day accounting operations

- Preparing Sales Invoices, E-Invoice, E-way Bills &
- Proforma Invoice

- Knowledge of Credit Note &

- Debit Note.

- Preparing Purchase order &

- Sales order in Tally ERP Prime.

- Prepare Sales Invoice according to company practices, submits invoices to customers

- Experience with complex accounting systems Tally ERP and Excel

- Knowledge of TDS &

- TCS.

- Entering new approved clients/matters, set-up client groups,



review of engagement letters, monitoring and updating client/matter maintenance for the time and billing database

- Posting Purchase Bills entry.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Advance knowledge of MS Excel &
- Tally ERP Prime.

- Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting procedures.

- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong ethics and an ability to manage confidential data.

- Understanding in Accounting principles, Finance, Taxation and Banking
