Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-driven, analytical Sales Analyst to join our team and help drive commercial growth. In this role, you will evaluate sales data, monitor market trends, and track performance metrics to identify opportunities for revenue growth, optimize territory management, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Data Analysis &
- Reporting:

Collect, clean, and analyze sales data across various channels, regions, and product lines to generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales volume, revenue growth, customer acquisition costs, and conversion rates against established targets.

- Forecasting &

- Budgeting:

Collaborate with sales and finance teams to develop accurate sales forecasts, sales quotas, and budgetary models.

- Market &

- Competitor Research:

Research industry trends, competitor pricing, and market positioning to uncover emerging opportunities and potential risks.

- Territory &

- Route Optimization:

Evaluate field sales operations, doctor or client coverage metrics, and distribution reach to recommend efficient coverage plans and workload distribution.

- Sales Pipeline Management: Analyze the sales pipeline, identify bottlenecks in the conversion process, and provide actionable insights to improve sales efficiency.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing,



supply chain, and product teams to align inventory levels, promotional campaigns, and stockist/distributor demands with market forecasts.

Key Requirements &

- Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

- Experience: Proven experience (typically 2 to 4 years) in sales data analysis, business intelligence, or market research within a commercial or corporate setting.

- Technical Skills:

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).

- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ERP databases.

- Analytical Mindset: Strong capability to interpret complex datasets, spot underlying patterns, and translate raw data into clear, actionable business strategies.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders and management teams.

- Basic Requirements.-Two Wheeler need

- Education MBA or Equivalent Certified Courses -Certification Completed

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
