Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and website leads. Understand customer requirements and explain suitable solutions. Prepare quotations, follow up regularly and convert enquiries into orders. Coordinate site surveys, installations and payment follow-ups. Maintain lead records and daily sales reports. Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships.
Requirements: Valuable Hindi and English communication, strong follow-up and negotiation skills, and basic Excel/CRM knowledge.
Experience in inbound sales or telesales preferred.
